Shipping Information

All orders ship from our warehouse in Athens, Georgia, USA.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches, some pieces may require an additional day before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include processing time. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Countries we ship to We ship worldwide with the exception of a small number of destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, we currently cannot deliver there.

Customs, duties and import taxes For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

Customs policies vary widely between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering. We are not able to predict or refund these charges, and orders refused at customs are subject to our standard return policy minus shipping costs.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us at info@katrellc.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout.
